    If you are an existing or new customer and have account/tag related questions, please include the following information:

    • The email address you used to create your dynotag account
    • Tag IDs of any relevant tags.  Quick photos of the tags  (front/back) is best!
    • If the question is software related, please include the device, operating system and web browser / version information.
    • Any screen captures etc. can be attached to your email as images/files.
